Stress:According to many health magazine has identified "stress in the main health problem in the develop world, there is no doubt that it is more closely related to the economic difficulties Heath." High stress levels can lead to rate increases heart and hypertension, stroke, heart attack, diabetes, ulcers, back pain and many more. Healing for stress range from yoga to therapy to medication and vary per individual and stress level.








Department of health and human services concluded that 32.7% adults aged 20 years and the United States more are overweight. Losses in employment and work stress often triggers eating leads to weight gain. The Centers for disease control and prevention reports that these people are more prone to heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer and more.
