Six Bad Habit, Not for Practice



1. Overeating Practice


Overeating Habit is not good

 

Unnecessary eating or overloading stomach with snacks and fast food can increase our weight and make us look fat. At the same time it can create a deficiency of necessary nutrition and vitamins which may lead us for many diseases like diabetes, heart attack, Pain in the lower portion of our body. It will grow aging earlier and cause uncomfortable in movement on foot


2. Let sleeping

 


Sleeping late at night and late rising in the morning will make us late in our daily life at school, at the office even late at breakfast with family members. Day by day it will bring blame of irresponsibility and negligence. It may increase irregularly and over sleep habitat day time.


3. Not taking physical exercise


Morning walk and physical exercise are very much necessary in our urban life.  To burn extra calories, it is very useful. To continue with fit body in our busy life we need physical exercise every day. Al least 45 min walking in the morning and 20 min at night after dinner.


4. Spending too much   unnecessarily

spending to much is not good

Since we have limitations or scars of time, money and energy we spent too much to sell something to buy. That's why we have a choice of buying in different sets of option. Spending too much illogically is an irrational behavior being no meaning except losses. At the same time we can consume less and rest become expired and abused of all.

5. Lack of practice cleanness

cleanness is good habit

The habit of uncleanness should not be practiced because unclean hand, food, bath, bed, dress and dishes can cause diseases. Can make us feel bad and also to others. Is will bring impious lifestyle.


6. No introduction to neighbors


Human cannot live alone but selfish people do not have many friends. Neighbor less people not only felt lonely, but sometimes they will fill helpless.We must spend few times to introduce us and to invite our neighbors. If we discussing problems with them can solve and share problem with pleasure.
